摘要
YWHAZ隶属14-3-3蛋白家族成员,在真核细胞中普遍表达,主要作为伴侣蛋白经磷酸化伴侣相互作用的方式调控细胞信号转导、细胞周期、细胞迁移等生理功能。在病理情况下,异常表达的YWHAZ可以参与肿瘤的恶性转化。YWHAZ作为原癌基因,在包括非小细胞肺癌在内的肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。YWHAZ在非小细胞肺癌中异常高表达,YWHAZ的异常高表达与肿瘤细胞增殖抵抗凋亡、侵袭迁移和抗肿瘤药物耐药等恶性生物学行为密切相关,但其潜在的分子机制仍未完全阐明,未来仍需更多研究揭示其中的分子机制,以将YWHAZ作为潜在诊治靶点进行抗肿瘤药物开发。
YWHAZ belongs to the 14-3-3 protein family and is widely expressed in eukaryotic cells.It mainly serves as a chaperone protein to regulate physiological functions such as cell signal transduction,cell cycle,and cell migration through phosphorylated chaperone interactions.Under pathological conditions,YWHAZ with abnormal expression can participate in the malignant transformation of tumors.YWHAZ as a proto-oncogene,plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors,including non-small cell lung cancer.YWHAZ is abnormally overexpressed in non-small cell lung cancer,and its abnormal overexpression is closely related to malignant biological behaviors such as tumor cell proliferation,resis tance to apoptosis,invasion and metastasis,and resistance to anti-tumor drugs.However,its potential molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated,and more research is needed in the future to reveal its molecular mechanism and develop YWHAZ as a potential therapeutic target for anti-tumor drug development.
