摘要
骨缺损修复是骨科临床治疗中的一个常见难题,但临床可用的移植物存在来源受限、难以满足不规则的形状以及骨量少等问题。近年3D打印技术迅速发展,为医学领域尤其是骨组织工程领域的研究做出重要贡献。目前多种3D打印骨组织工程支架广泛应用于研究领域,其中负载生长因子的3D打印组织工程支架在研究中取得显著效果。因此,未来进一步研究3D打印支架材料在骨组织工程中的应用进展,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Bone defect repair is a common challenge in orthopedic clinical treatment,but clinically available grafts have problems such as limited sources,difficulty in meeting irregular shapes,and low bone mass.In recent years,the rapid deve-lopment of 3D printing technology has made important contributions to the research in the medical field,especially in the field of bone tissue engineering.At present,various 3D printed bone tissue engineering scaffolds are widely used in research fields,among which the scaffolds loaded with growth factors have achieved significant results in the research.Therefore,further research on the application progress of 3D printed scaffold materials in bone tissue engineering in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
