孤独症谱系障碍治疗的研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder

孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)因无法治愈、预后差、致残率高,给患者、家庭和社会造成极大的精神负担和经济压力。现阶段,ASD的发病原因及发病机制尚未完全阐明,暂无特效的靶向治疗药物,治疗的关键在于及时给予针对性的个体化治疗措施以改善其核心症状。目前临床治疗ASD除行为干预和康复训练等传统治疗方法外,粪菌移植、干细胞疗法、虚拟现实技术等新型治疗手段也逐渐兴起,其可有效改善患儿的症状,促进患儿认知、语言、行为能力的提高,未来有望成为治疗ASD的新方向。

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)has caused great mental burden and economic pressure to the patients,families and society due to its incurable nature,poor prognosis,and high disability rate.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of ASD have not been fully elucidated,and there is no specific targeted drug for the treatment.The key to the treatment of ASD is to give timely individualized treatment to improve its core symptoms.At present,in addition to traditional therapeutic methods such as behavioral intervention and rehabilitation training,new therapeutic methods such as fecal transplantation,stem cell therapy and virtual reality technology are also emerging in the clinical practice,which can effectively improve the symptoms,promote the improvement of their cognitive,language,and behavioral abilities of the children,and are expected to become a new direction for the treatment of ASD in the future.
