摘要
胆红素是人体衰老红细胞的代谢产物,被认为是一种内源性强抗氧化剂,其中血红素加氧酶1是胆红素代谢过程的关键酶。胆红素具有强大的抗炎、抗氧化应激、清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化、抗纤维化和保护内皮细胞等多种作用,在肾脏疾病发病、进展中扮演重要角色。严重高胆红素血症可以导致肾小管暂时性、可逆性的损害,对肾小球滤过功能影响较小;生理性升高的胆红素在各种肾小球疾病、肾替代、肾移植中具有积极的保护作用。因此,未来对胆红素治疗肾脏疾病进行深入探索,可为肾脏疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Bilirubin is the metabolite of aging red blood cells in the human body,and is considered a strong endogenous antioxidant,and heme oxygenase-1 is a key enzyme in the process of bilirubin metabolism.Bilirubin has a variety of effects,such as powerful anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,free radical scavenging,inhibition of lipid peroxidation,anti-fibrosis,and endothelial cells protection,and plays an important role in the onset and progression of kidney diseases.Severe hyperbilirubinemia can cause temporary and reversible damage to renal tubules,with minimal impact on glomerular filtration function;physiologically elevated bilirubin has a positive protective effect in various glomerular diseases,renal replacement,and kidney transplantation.Therefore,future in-depth exploration of bilirubin therapy for kidney diseases,may provide new therapeutic ideas.
