我国叙事护理临床应用研究进展

Research progress on clinical application of narrative nursing in China

叙事护理是近年来新兴的一种医学人文关怀方法,其以故事为核心,通过挖掘、吸收和重构患者故事,帮助患者唤起改变行为的力量,提高治疗效果,为临床各种疾病的心理护理干预提供了新措施、新方法、新视角。本文通过回顾我国关于叙事护理的临床应用文献,概述叙事护理的概念和意义,总结叙事护理在脑卒中、癌症、糖尿病、抑郁症及其他疾病中的临床应用效果。同时分析叙事护理在临床应用的局限性,提出客观评价体系等,以期为我国临床疾病叙事护理方案的构建提供参考。

Narrative nursing is a new medical humanistic care method in recent years,which takes stories as the core,helps patients to arouse the power to change their behavior and improve the treatment effectiveness by digging,absorbing and reconstructing their stories,and provides new measures,methods and new perspectives for psychological nursing intervention in clinical diseases.By reviewing the clinical application literature of narrative nursing in China,this paper summarizes the concept and significance of narrative nursing,and summarizes the clinical application effect of narrative nursing in stroke,cancer,diabetes,depression and other diseases.At the same time,it analyzes the limitations of narrative nursing in clinical application,and puts forward to standardize its objective evaluation system.It aims to provide reference for the construction of narrative nursing scheme for clinical diseases in China.
