基于CiteSpace的蒿芩清胆汤研究知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Knowledge Map of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction Based on CiteSpace

目的通过对蒿芩清胆汤研究文献进行可视化分析,探索其研究现状、热点和趋势。方法检索CNKI、VIP、万方数据、CBM建库至2023年3月18日收录的蒿芩清胆汤相关文献,使用CiteSpace_6.1.R6软件绘制作者、机构、关键词知识图谱。结果共纳入文献378篇,其中英文文献3篇,年度发文量整体呈波动上升趋势,期刊发文最多的为《四川中医》(20篇);文献类型以临床应用为主(77.78%);治疗疾病以发热、流行性感冒、胃炎等为主;发文最多的作者是韩雪梅(15篇);发文最多的机构是天津中医药大学(18篇);关键词分析提示研究内容主要体现在发热(28次)、湿热证(25次)、医案(22次)等方面。该方对发热的治疗优势一直是研究热点,近几年研究趋势主要集中于肿瘤相关治疗、中医理论探讨以及多种治疗方式结合应用等方面。结论蒿芩清胆汤是古方今用的代表,其价值逐渐得到重视与挖掘,临床被广泛用于发热和消化系统疾病,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To explore the current research status,hotspots,and trends of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction by conducting a visual analysis of related literature.Methods Relevant literature on Haoqin Qingdan Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and CBM databases from database inception to March 18,2023.The CiteSpace_6.1.R6 software was used to generate knowledge maps of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 378 articles were included,including three articles in English.The annual publication volume showed a general trend of fluctuating increase.The journal with the most publications was Journal of Sichuan of Traditional Chinese Medicine(20 articles).The literature primarily focused on clinical applications(77.78%),with the main diseases treated being fever,influenza,and gastritis.The most prolific author was Han Xuemei(15 articles),and the most prolific institution was Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(18 articles).Keyword analysis indicated that research mainly focused on fever(28 occurrences),dampness-heat syndrome(25 occurrences),and medical case reports(22 occurrences).The therapeutic advantages of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction in treating fever have been a consistent research hotspot,and recent research trends have primarily focused on cancer-related treatments,theoretical discussions in traditional Chinese medicine,and the integration of various treatment methods.Conclusion Haoqin Qingdan Decoction is a representative ancient formula that has been increasingly valued and explored.It is widely used in the treatment of fever and digestive system diseases in clinical practice and warrants further research and promotion.
