Objective To retrospectively analyze the application value of group nursing intervention based on psychological capital intervention model in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods A total of 174 cases of HDP patients in our hospital were collected and divided into group nursing group(n=87)and control group(n=87)according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing, and the group nursing group received routine nursing and group nursing intervention based on psychological capital intervention model.Pregnancy outcomes, blood pressure levels(SBP,DBP),positive psychological capital and self-efficacy(GSES)were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and polyhydramnios in the group nursing group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05)after two months of intervention.Meanwhile, the levels of SBP and DBP in the group nursing group were lower than those in the control group after the intervention(all P<0.05).Finally,the score of positive psychological capital and GSES score of the group nursing group was higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Group nursing intervention based on psychological capital intervention model for HDP patients can improve positive psychological capital,self-efficacy,blood pressure level and pregnancy outcome.
