全程护理干预在儿童肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Total Nursing Intervention in Nebulised Inhalation Therapy for Pneumonia in Children

目的观察在儿童肺炎雾化吸入治疗中实施全程护理干预的效果。方法选取入院雾化吸入治疗的肺炎患儿150例,其中2021年收治的75例为对照组,2022年收治的75例为观察组。两组均给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实行全程护理干预,1周后比较两组患儿的肺功能、治疗依从性、临床疗效及家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)和1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)改善状况优于对照组,雾化吸入的治疗依从性高于对照组,临床症状消失时间短于对照组,家属满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论儿童肺炎雾化吸入治疗中应用全程护理干预能有效改善患儿肺功能,提高治疗依从性、临床疗效和家属满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of implementing the whole process nursing intervention in the nebulized inhalation treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods 150 cases of children with pneumonia treated by nebulised inhalation were selected,of which 75 cases admitted in 2021 were the control group,and 75 cases admitted in 2022 were the observation group.Both groups were given routine care,and the observation group implemented the whole nursing intervention based on routine care.After one week,the lung function,treatment compliance,clinical efficacy and family satisfaction of the children in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the improvement of forceful lung volume(FVC)and forceful expiratory volume in 1s(FEV1)of the observation group was better than the control group,the adherence to the treatment of nebulised inhalation was higher than the control group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was shorter than the control group,and the satisfaction of family members was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole process nursing intervention in nebulised inhalation treatment of childhood pneumonia can effectively improve the lung function of children,improve treatment compliance,clinical efficacy and family satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
