摘要
利用激光-电弧复合焊接方法,研究了6 mm厚Q345B板激光-电弧复合焊接成形的影响规律,并分析了该方式下工况适应性及接头性能。结果表明:在激光功率为4000 W、焊接速度0.8 m/min、送丝速度8 m/min及光丝间距5 mm时获得了良好的焊缝成形,且对间隙和错边的适应性较好;焊缝X射线探伤可以达到I级合格;接头力学性能表现良好。
The influence law of laser arc composite welding on the forming of 6 mm thick Q345B plate was studied using the laser arc composite welding method,and the adaptability of the working conditions and joint performance under this method were analyzed.The results showed that good weld formation was achieved at laser power of 4000 W,welding speed of 0.8 m/min,wire feeding speed of 8 m/min,and wire spacing of 5 mm,with good adaptability to gaps and misalignment;The X-ray inspection of the weld seam can achieve Level I qualification;The mechanical performance of the joint is good.
