金融集聚对区域科技创新效率的影响

摘要 选取2008—2022年中国30个省级面板数据,运用DEA-BBC模型测算了各省份科技创新效率水平,并通过Tobit模型实证检验了金融集聚对区域科技创新效率的促进作用及影响路径。结果表明:2008—2022年中国科技创新效率水平总体上呈上升趋势,东部地区的科技创新效率明显高于中西部地区,区域间的差异较为明显;金融集聚对区域科技创新效率有显著的正向影响,东部地区最为显著;产业结构升级在金融集聚促进科技创新效率的过程中发挥的中介效应约为16.09%;固定资产投资、政府支持、信息化水平与交通基础设施等也是影响科技创新效率的重要因素。 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2022,this paper uses the DEA-BBC model to measure the technological innovation efficiency of each region,and empirically tests the promoting effect and influencing path of financial agglom-eration on technological innovation efficiency through the Tobit model.The results show that:From 2008 to 2022,the technological inno-vation efficiency is generally on the rise,and the innovation efficiency in the eastern region is obviously higher than western regions,and the difference between regions is obvious.Financial agglomeration has a significant positive impact on technological innovation efficiency,and this effect is most significant in the eastern region.The intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading in the process of financial agglomeration promoting technological innovation efficiency is about 16.09%.Fixed asset investment,government support,informatization level and transportation infrastructure are also important factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation efficiency.
