制造业产业链与技术创新产出耦合效果的评价研究

摘要 基于产业链与技术创新耦合的整体性和动态性特征,设定耦合的效果评价标准,并通过构建状态空间模型,评价中国制造业产业链与技术创新的耦合效果。研究发现,多数制造业的产业链关联推动技术创新的效应为成本效应,产业链之间关联发展不利于技术创新成果积累;同时,技术创新驱动制造业产业链关联成效较好的是能源产业和交通运输设备制造业,其余产业链关联的技术创新推力不足。在此基础上,围绕强化产业链整合能力、提升产业链创新性等方面提出政策建议。 Based on the integrity and dynamic characteristics of the coupling between industrial chain and technological innovation output,the criteria of evaluation criteria and stage judgment of the coupling effect are given.Then,construct a state space model of the coupling,evaluate the effect and determine the dynamic evolution stage of their coupling,taking China as a research object.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the effect of industrial chain correlation in most manufacturing industries to promote technological innovation shows cost effect,and the development of industrial chain correlation is not conducive to the accumulation of technological innovation.Secondly,energy industry and transportation equipment manufacturing industry show better effect of industry chain correlation in manufacturing industries driven by technological innovation,and the technological innovation thrust of the other industrial chain correlation is insufficient.On this basis,it puts forward policy suggestions on strengthening the integration ability of the industrial chain,improving the innovation of the industrial chain,and taking overall consideration of industrial development and security.
