As the global digitalization process further accelerates,the impact of digital diplomacy in the game of international discourse power has become increasingly prominent.The innovation of digital diplomacy has triggered changes in the generation mechanism of international discourse power.In terms of discourse subjects,the influence of non-state actors represented by digital technology giants has increased significantly.In the light of discourse content,digital sovereignty,digital security,digital economy and other digital-related issues have gained significant attentions.In the field of discourse platforms,cyberspace has become the latest arena of competition between major power diplomacy and discourse power.With respect to discourse identity,the digital Cold War and algorithmic political hegemony have intensified ideological opposition,and the international public opinion environment has seriously deteriorated.In this context,China should focus on cultivating digital diplomacy talents and promote diverse voices.Closely follow the issues of the digital era and condense the characteristics of Chinese discourse.Deeply cultivate cyberspace,integrate digital media resources,and enhance international communication capabilities.Establish strategic credibility as a major power and practice true multilateralism,enhances the discursive recognition of China's rise.
