摘要
目的运用文献计量学的方法,分析近年来中医外治法在腰椎间盘突出症疼痛患者中的应用现状,为临床研究提供有价值的依据。方法检索中国知网学术期刊库等收录的中医外治法在腰椎间盘突出症疼痛患者中应用的文献,并对文献中所涉及的作者、作者单位、关键词等信息进行提取与分析。结果共纳入348篇文献,总发文量≥4篇的作者有8名;共有163家机构纳入,总发文量最高的为中国中医科学院望京医院(4篇);关键词出现频次最多的是针灸(284次),其次是针刺(221次)、疼痛(187次)、温针灸(140次)、推拿(136次)。结论中医外治法在腰椎间盘突出症疼痛患者中应用的效果较好,但目前相关出版文献较少且缺乏深入科学研究,需要进一步研究关注。
Objective To use literature metrology methods to analyze the current application status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment in pain patients with lumbar disc herniation in recent years,and provide valuable basis for clinical research.Methods Retrieve literature on the application of TCM external treatment in pain patients with lumbar disc herniation,collected from the academic journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and extract and analyze information such as authors,author units,keywords and other information involved in the literature.Results A total of 348 articles were included,with 8 authors having a total publication volume of≥4 articles;A total of 163 institutions were included,with the highest total number of publications being from Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences(4 articles);the key words that appear most frequently were acupuncture and moxibustion(284 times),followed by acupuncture(221 times),pain(187 times),warm acupuncture and moxibustion(140 times),and massage(136 times).Conclusion The application of TCM external treatment in pain patients with lumbar disc herniation has a good effect,but there is currently few relevant published literature and a lack of in-depth scientific research,which requires further research and attention.
