牛膝引经功效与骨髓间充质干细胞相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation Between ACHYRANTHIS BIDENTATAE RADIX and Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells Based on “Yinjing(引经)” Theory

摘要 引经理论是中医理论的重要组成部分,牛膝可引导方中的其他药物下达病所。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具自我更新、复制、修复及多向分化的能力。本文以中医引经理论为基础,以现代研究为主线,溯根寻源,固本逐新。通过梳理牛膝的药理作用与骨髓间充质干细胞及相关联的信号通路之间的关系,通过分析牛膝引经功效对相关信号通路上下游相关蛋白、相关转录因子等表达的关联性,进而对BMSCs的增殖、分化和迁移产生的影响,探讨牛膝引经作用促进骨髓间充质干细胞迁移的机制,在理论上填补了以往单纯对引经理论及BMSCs迁移的单独研究的空白,并对引经理论与信号通路及干细胞迁移三者之间的联系做出总结,为后续临床用药奠定理论基础。 The “Yinjing (引经)” theory is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory,and based on this theory,ACHYRANTHIS BIDENTATAE RADIX can guide other drugs in a formula to reach the affected site. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)possess the ability of self-renewal,replication,repair,and multidirectional differentiation. Based on the “Yinjing” theory and focusing on modern research,this article traced the origins,consolidated the foundation,and explored new developments. This article explored the mechanism of ACHYRANTHIS BIDENTATAE RADIX in promoting the migration of BMSCs via the “Yinjing” effect by examining the relationship between the pharmacological effects of ACHYRANTHIS BIDENTATAE RADIX and BMSCs as well as the associated signaling pathways,and analyzing the correlation between the “Yinjing” effect of ACHYRANTHIS BIDENTATAE RADIX and the expression of proteins and transcription factors in the upstream and downstream of these pathways,thereby exerting the impact on the proliferation,differentiation,and migration of BMSCs. It fills the theoretical gap in previous studies that focused solely on the “Yinjing” theory or the migration of BMSCs. Moreover,a summary of the relationship among the “Yinjing” theory,signaling pathways,and stem cell migration was provided,laying the theoretical foundation for future clinical medication.
