蓝莓花青素功效学人群试验研究

摘要 目的:分析服用蓝莓花青素对人体健康状况的影响。方法:招募30~65岁受试者75人,采用自身前后对照,连续服用蓝莓花青素45 d,通过血生化、血常规、视力、抗氧化指标测定及健康状况调查,评估服用蓝莓花青素综合功效。使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计学分析,p <0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果:与试验前相比,试验后人体的心率、血压、血常规、生化常规分析等指标均不受影响,视疲劳症状积分、丙二醛含量、睡眠/免疫/疲劳症状总积分发生显著下降(p <0.05)。结论:长期服用蓝莓花青素可在一定程度缓解视疲劳症状、降低血清丙二醛含量,提示其可增强机体抗氧化能力,对促进人体健康具有积极作用。 Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the physiological impacts of blueberry anthocyanins on human health.Methods:A total of 75 subjects aged 30 to 65 are recruited for a self-controlled study,where they consumed blueberry anthocyanin for 45 consecutive days.Comprehensive effects of blueberry anthocyanin are evaluated through blood biochemistry,routine blood test,vision test,antioxidant index measurement,and health survey.Statistical analysis is performed using SPSS 22.0,with p < 0.05 indicating significant differences.Results:Compared with before the test,the heart rate,blood pressure,blood routine,biochemical routine analysis and other indicators are not affected after the test,and the score of visual fatigue symptoms,malondialdehyde content,and total sleep/immunity/fatigue symptoms decrease significantly(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Long-term intake of blueberry anthocyanin can alleviate visual fatigue symptoms and reduce serum malondialdehyde levels,suggesting its potential to enhance antioxidant capacity and positively contribute to human health.
