趋化素受体的研究进展

摘要 趋化素受体是G蛋白偶联受体(G Protein-Coupled Receptors,GPCRs)家族的重要成员,广泛分布于人体各组织器官中,参与炎症反应、血管生成、脂质和葡萄糖代谢等多种生理过程,与炎症性疾病、癌症、代谢综合征等多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文综述了趋化素受体家族的结构、信号转导特性、相关疾病和拮抗剂类药物开发的最新研究进展,以期为后续研究趋化素受体功能和开发新型药物提供思路和参考。 Chemerin receptors are important members of the G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs) family,which are widely distributed in various tissues and organs of the human body.They participate in a variety of physiological processes such as inflammation,angiogenesis,lipid and glucose metabolism.They are closely related to the occurrence and development of inflammatory diseases,cancer and metabolic syndrome.This article reviews the latest research progress on the structure,signal transduction characteristics,related diseases and the development of antagonist drugs of the chemerin receptor family,in order to provide ideas and references for the future study on the function of chemerin receptors and the development of novel drugs.
