美国一流大学集群赋能一流城市群科技创新——基于美国三大城市群的案例分析

摘要 美国一流大学集群与一流城市群科技创新存在共生现象,从美国“多中心+轴线”式、“中心+外围”式、“多中心互补”式一流大学集群赋能一流城市群科技创新经验可知,一流大学集群可开辟城市转型发展的新领域、新赛道,塑造城市科技创新的新优势、新动能。推动粤港澳大湾区一流城市群科技创新发展,须聚焦城市群与大学群间的耦合发展特点,夯实“教育、科技、人才”的基础性支撑,内聚“科技创新、产业重构、城市复兴”的驱动力,打造“大学校区、科技园区、城市社区”科创同心圆,构建“知识生产、技术支持、产业经营”的协同创新共同体。 There is symbiotic phenomenon between American first-class university cluster and first-class urban agglomeration. From the experience that American first-class university cluster empowers first-class urban agglomeration with polycentricity and axis, center and periphery and polycentricity complementation, we can know that first-class university cluster can open up new fields and new tracks for urban transformation and development and shape new advantages and kinetic energy of urban scientific and technological innovation. Therefore, to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in the first-class urban agglomeration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we must focus on the coupled development between urban agglomeration and university cluster, consolidate the basic support of education, science and technology, and talents, unite the driving forces of scientific and technological innovation, industrial restructuring and urban revitalization, create a concentric circle of science and technology innovation in university campus, science and technology park, and urban community and build a collaborative innovation community of knowledge production, technology support, and industrial operation.
