指向劳动素养的学校劳动课程及其建构审思

摘要 劳动课程是通过劳动,融五育于一体,让学生经历完整的劳动过程、体认劳动创造价值等,提升劳动素养的课程。然而,通过调查发现:在劳动课程实施过程中出现重劳动表象、仿劳动和演劳动,忽视劳动育人、劳动创造价值体认;重劳动知识与技能,忽视劳动观念、习惯、品质与精神综合培养等现象。为此,必须以劳动项目为主线,将劳动、劳动育人与各学段劳动任务群融为一体,开发进阶性劳动课程资源;以劳动融合为导向,将劳动知识与技能、过程与方法、品格与精神等融入劳动教育全过程,开发五育融合的劳动课程;以劳动创造美好生活为引线,营造家校社协同推进劳动课程的文化自觉,开展劳动及劳动能力培养,从而建构指向劳动素养的学校劳动课程,以培养懂劳动、会劳动、爱劳动的时代新人。 The labor course is to integrate the five educations into one,let the students experience the complete labor process,realize the value of labor creation,and improve the labor quality.However,through the investigation,the implementation of the labor course has the phenomenon of heavy labor appearance,imitating labor and playing labor,ignoring the labor education and the recognition of labor creation value;heavy labor knowledge and skills,ignoring the comprehensive cultivation of labor concept,habit,quality and spirit.Therefore,we must take the labor project as the main line,integrate labor,labor education and labor task groups in each academic segment,and develop advanced labor course resources;take the labor integration as the guide line,integrate labor knowledge and skills,process and method,character and spirit into the whole process of labor education,and develop the labor course of the five education integration;take the labor to create a better life as the lead wire,create the cultural consciousness of promoting the labor course through the cooperation of home,school and society,carry out labor and labor ability training,so as to construct the school labor course that points to the labor quality,so as to cultivate the new generation of the times who understand labor,can labor and love labor.
