摘要
通过对几种铁水运输平车的动力方式、原理,针对适用工况、运输距离、自动化要求等进行剖析优缺点。针对某两个熔炼车间实例的工艺特点,从投资、安全、环保、自动化等方面来进行分析对比,采用适用的铁水运输方式,目的是为了高效、安全的运送铁水到指定位置、减少铁水温降、提高生产节奏,也为铸铁行业铁水转运方式的选择提供参考。
Through the dynamic mode and principle of several molten iron transportation flat cars,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed according to the applicable working conditions,transportation distance,automation requirements,etc.In this example,according to the process characteristics of two smelting workshop examples,the analysis and comparison are made from the aspects of investment,safety,environmental protection,automation,etc.,and the applicable molten iron transportation mode is adopted,which is to efficiently and safely transport molten iron to the designated location,reduce the temperature drop of molten iron,improve the production rhythm,and also provide a reference for the transfer of molten iron in the continuous cast iron industry.
