Construction Ideas and Overall Pattern of Water Network in Yichun City

伊春是国家重点生态功能区,是黑龙江、松花江两大水系支流的源头和重要水源涵养区,对保持水土、调蓄洪水、维持生物多样性和区域生态平衡,保障国家和东北亚生态安全具有不可或缺的生态功能。近几年,伊春市治水工作取得显著成就,水利基础设施与自然河湖水系纵横交织,水网天然本底优势突出、构建要素齐全,为现代水网构建奠定了坚实基础。文章依托天然水网和重大工程节点规划了伊春市全域,包括所辖10个县区水网建设思路和总体格局,总面积约32759km~2。

Yichun is a national key ecological function area,the source of tributaries of the Heilongjiang and Songhua rivers and an important water conservation area.It plays an indispensable ecological function for soil and water conservation,flood control and storage,biodiversity and regional ecological balance,and ecological security of the country and Northeast Asia.In recent years,Yichun City has made remarkable achievements in water control,water infrastructure and natural river and lake system are intertwined,the natural background advantages of water network are prominent,and the construction elements are complete,laying a solid foundation for the construction of modern water network.Based on the natural water network and major project nodes,the paper plans the whole area of Yichun City,including the water network construction ideas and overall pattern of 10 counties and districts under its jurisdiction,with a total area of 32759m 2。
