摘要
神经病学具有较强的抽象性、逻辑性、理论性、探索性,这对教学带来一定的困难和挑战。新医科背景下,以人工智能、大数据为代表的新一轮科技革命和产业变革已到来,应对创新型、应用型、复合型的临床医学专业本科人才培养,探讨如何更好通过混合式教学促进学生相关医学理论及临床实践能力提升,实现神经病学人才道术、学术、技术、艺术、仁术的新时代医学人才“五术”素养的形成,有着一定的意义。本文以神经病学脑梗死本科课程为例,进行混合式教学改革,包括教学目标、教学资源、教学方法、具体实践等,以期为神经病学本科课程改革提供有益的借鉴。
,logical,theoretical and exploratory,which brings some difficulties and challenges to teaching.Under the background of new medical science,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and in⁃dustrial transformation represented by artificial intelligence and big data has arrived.In response to the cultivation of innovative,applied and compound undergraduate talents of clinical medicine,it is of certain significance to explore how to better promote the improvement of students'relevant medical theory and clinical practice ability through mixed teaching,and to realize the formation of"five skills"literacy of medical talents in the new era of neurology,including Taoism,academic,technology,art and benevolence.This paper takes the undergraduate course of cerebral infarction in neurology as an example to carry out mixed teaching reform,including teaching objectives,teaching resources,teaching methods,specific practices,etc.,in order to provide useful reference for the reform of undergraduate courses in neurology.
