护理人员实施绩效考核管理的方法与效果评价

摘要 目的分析临床应用绩效考核管理模式对提高护理人员护理质量的应用价值。方法选取2022年1—12月五莲县人民医院全部病区的25名在职护理人员为研究对象,以时间节点分为两组。其中2022年1—6月实施常规管理干预(实施前);2022年7—12月实施绩效考核管理(实施后)。比较实施前后的护理质量评分(环境卫生、文书书写、健康教育、病区管理)、护理合格积分(岗位职责、病区管理、工作质量、安全管理、分级管理)、不良事件发生情况。结果实施后的护理合格积分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施前不良事件发生8例,实施后不良事件发生1例。实施后的护理质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对护理人员实施绩效考核管理模式,不良事件发生较少,且可显著提高院内医疗质量。 Objective To analyze the application value of clinical application of performance appraisal management mode in improving the nursing quality of nursing staff.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 25 in-service nurses in all wards of Wulian County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the time node.Among them,routine management was implemented to intervene from January to June 2022(before implementation),performance appraisal management was implemented from July to December 2022(after implementation).The nursing quality scores(environmental health,document writing,health education,ward management),nursing qualified scores(job responsibilities,ward management,work quality,safety management,hierarchical management),and the incidence of adverse events before and after the implementation were compared.Results The nursing qualified scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the dif⁃ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 8 cases of adverse events before implementation and 1 case of adverse events after implementation.The nursing quality scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical performance appraisal management mode for nursing staff,fewer adverse events occurred,and can improve the hospital medical quality.
