临床抗菌药物管理活动中应用PDCA循环的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of PDCA Cycle in Clinical Antibacterial Drug Management Activities

目的探讨抗菌药物管理活动应用PDCA循环的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月常州市武进人民医院的36名工作人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月采取常规抗菌药物管理,2023年7—12月采取PDCA循环管理。比较管理前后抗菌药物管理质量评分(用药种类、给药剂量、给药时机、联合给药)和抗菌药物相关指标(抗菌药物单次给药剂量、抗菌药物日用药频次合格率)。结果管理后,用药种类、给药剂量、给药时机、联合给药评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后,抗菌药物日用药频次合格率为94.44%(34/36)、抗菌药物单次给药剂量合格率为97.22%(35/36),均高于管理前的77.78%(28/36)、77.78%(28/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181、4.571,P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可提升抗菌药物管理质量,优化整体使用情况,有效规范合理用药。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in antimicrobial management activities.Methods A total of 36 staff members in Changzhou Wujin People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,routine antibacterial drug management was adopted,and from July to December 2023,PDCA cycle management was adopted.The quality score of antimicrobial management(drug type,dosage,timing of medication,combined medication)and antimicrobial related indicators(single dose of antimicrobial drugs,qualified rate of daily frequency of antimicrobial drugs)were compared before and after management.Results After management,the types of medication,dosage,timing of medication and combined medication scores were higher than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After management,the qualified rate of daily frequency of antimicrobial drugs was 94.44%(34/36),and the qualified rate of single dose of antimicrobial drugs was 97.22%(35/36),which were higher than 77.78%(28/36)and 77.78%(28/36)before management,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,4.571,both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA can improve the quality of antimicrobial drug management,optimize overall usage,effectively regulate rational drug use,and can be applied and promoted clinically.
