PDCA循环管理法在皮肤科管理中的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Method in the Management of Dermatology Department

目的评估PDCA循环管理法在皮肤科管理中的应用效果。方法选取在北大医疗鲁中医院皮肤科工作的20名护理人员为研究对象。按时间不同分为两组,2023年1—8月实施传统管理模式,设为传统组;2023年9月—2024年4月实施PDCA循环管理法,设为探究组。对比两组考核成绩、管理质量评分、管理满意度。结果探究组的考核成绩、管理质量评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组管理满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于传统组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理法应用在皮肤科管理中可提高护理人员的考核成绩、管理质量及满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA cycle management method in dermatology management.Methods A total of 20 nursing staff working in the Department of Dermatology of Beida Medical Luzhong Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different time,and the traditional management mode was implemented from January to August 2023,which was set as the traditional group.From September 2023 to April 2024,the implementation of PDCA cycle management method was set as the inquiry group.The scores of assessment results,management quality and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The assessment results,management quality scores and management satisfaction of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method in dermatology management can improve the assessment results,management quality and satisfaction of nursing staff.
