CMC互动教学与线上线下混合模式对神经心理评估教学的效果分析

摘要 目的分析CMC互动教学与线上线下混合模式对神经心理评估教学的影响。方法选择贵州医科大学附属医院神经内科于2023年6月3日—11月5日组织认知障碍疾病专科人才培训班68名实习生为研究对象,依据不同教学方法分为两组,各34名;对照组实施传统教学法,观察组实施CMC互动教学与线上线下混合模式;对比两组考核成绩(理论知识、实践知识)、自主学习能力评分、教学评价、教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩为(88.16±3.25)分、实践成绩为(88.85±3.47)分,高于对照组的(80.59±4.23)分、(82.37±3.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.275、8.097,P均<0.05)。观察组自主学习能力评分、教学评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教学满意度评价中,两组教学内容、教学态度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组教学方法、教学效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论神经心理评估教学中运用CMC互动教学与线上线下混合模式可提升教学质量,提高实习生考核成绩,培养其自主学习能力。 Objective To analyze the influence of CMC interactive teaching and online and offline mixed mode on neuropsychological assessment teaching.Methods A total of 68 trainees were selected from the Department of Neurol⁃ogy,Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University to organize a training course on cognitive disorders from June 3 to November 5,2023.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with 34 trainees in each group.The control group implemented traditional teaching method,and the observation group implemented CMC interactive teaching and mixed mode of online and offline.The two groups were compared with the assessment results,independent learning ability scores,teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical scores and practical scores of the observation group were 88.16±3.25 and 88.85±3.47,which were higher than those of the control group 80.59±4.23 and 82.37±3.12,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.275,8.097,both P<0.05).The independent learning ability scores and teaching full evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the evaluation of teaching satisfac⁃tion,there were no significant difference in teaching content and teaching attitude scores between the two groups(both P>0.05).The teaching methods and teaching effect scores of the observation group were higher than those of the con⁃trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CMC inter⁃active teaching and the mixed mode of online and offline teaching in neuropsychological assessment teaching can im⁃prove the teaching quality,improve the assessment performance of interns,cultivate their independent learning ability.
