在风险控制需求背景下,公立医院绩效管理面临着保障医疗质量、控制成本、提升服务水平等挑战。随着医疗行业规范的加强和患者权益意识的提升,医院需要通过有效的绩效管理措施来减少医疗差错、提高诊疗效率、持续改进服务。同时,经济环境要求医院在成本控制和资源配置上更加精细化,使得绩效管理成为提升医院竞争力的关键工具。基于此,本文对风险控制需求背景下的公立医院绩效管理路径展开了探索。

In the context of risk control needs,the performance management of public hospitals is facing challenges such as ensuring medical quality,controlling costs,and improving service levels.With the strengthening of medical in⁃dustry norms and the improvement of patients'awareness of rights and interests,hospitals need to reduce medical er⁃rors,improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency and continuously improve services through effective performance man⁃agement measures.At the same time,the economic environment requires hospitals to be more refined in cost control and resource allocation,making performance management a key tool to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals.Based on this,this paper explored the performance management path of public hospitals under the background of risk control requirements.
