摘要
介绍了架构与平台的关系,在架构的基础上各平台车型可以利用架构模块化、通用化的优势降低开发成本和缩短制造周期。平台架构化后会带动制造平台化的发展,而统一基准定位策略(CDLS)是实现架构车型平台化制造和质量保证的基础,在分析目前二维CDLS不足的基础上,在UG软件环境下开发三维CDLS模块,该模块可以直接输出通用检测分析结果,识别三维检测点信息和标准图框,满足智能检测的需求,同时缩短了开发周期,取得了较好的经济效益。
the relationship between vehicle architecture and platform was introduced,based on the architecture,each platform model could make full use of the modular and universal advantages of architecture to reduce the cost and cycle of development and manufacturing.Platform architecture would drive the development requirements of manufacturing platformization,and the common da-tum locating strategy(CDLS)is the basis for the realization of platform architecture and quality as-surance.Based on the analysis of the insufficiency of 2D CDLS,a 3D CDLS development module was developed in UG software environment.The module could directly output the general detec-tion and analysis software to identify the 3D measurement point information and standard frame,which met the needs of intelligent detection,and shortened the development cycle,and obtained good benefits.
