落料模废料回收大跨距铸件微变形研究

摘要 探讨了级进落料模冲压生产过程中因废料回收利用而导致的大跨距铸件强度问题,分析了落料刃口崩裂的原因以及冲压力过大导致铸件微变形的机理,并给出了解决方案。通过采用合适的剪切角而形成刃入时差,并通过改善铸件壁厚来增加强度,同时进行铸件受力微变形分析,控制变形量,使落料凸、凹模刃口间隙合适,不造成变形损伤。 The strength problem of large span castings caused by waste recycling in the stamping process of progressive punching die was discussed.The reason of blanking edge crack and the mechanism of micro-deformation caused by excessive punching pressure were analyzed in detail,and the solution was put forward.It adopted the appropriate shear angle to form the edge entry time difference,and improved the wall thickness of the casting to increase the strength.The cast-ing stress micro-deformation was analyzed to control the deformation,so that made the punching die cutting edge clearance suitable and without deformation damage.
