摘要
对搅拌机底座结构进行分析,设计了1副普通流道+潜伏式浇口的两板注射模。根据塑件结构设计了多种不同的脱模机构,针对塑件安装面板的位置和外表面的沉头孔设计了“斜楔+定模滑块”脱模机构;针对塑件端口部内壁的沉头孔设计了“斜导柱+内滑块”脱模机构;针对塑件较低位置的内环侧壁扣位设计了“斜楔+内滑块”脱模机构;针对塑件在动模方向的扣位设计了动模斜推杆机构脱模。为了保持模具温度均匀,在定模上设计多条直通水路,在动模型芯中设置螺杆水路,使冷却水沿螺杆中心的圆管进入,沿螺纹流出。
The structure of mixer base was analyzed,and a set of two-plate injection mould with conventional runners and submarine gates was designed.According to the structure of the prod-uct,a variety of different demoulding mechanisms were designed.A demoulding mechanism with"inclined wedge+fixed mould slider"was designed for the position of the installation panel and the countersunk hole on thesurface of the product.A demoulding mechanism with"slider angle pin+inner slider"was designed for the countersunk hole in the inner wall of the upper end of the prod-uct.A demoulding mechanism with"inclined wedge+inner slide"was designed for the buckle posi-tion of the inner ring side wall in the lower position of the product.According to the buckle of the direction of the moving mould,the angle ejector pin structure of the moving mould was designed.In order to maintain the uniform temperature of the mould,straight water channels were designed on the fixed mould,and a screw water channel was arranged in the core of the moving moould,so that the cooling water entered along the round tube in the center of the screw and flowed out along the thread.
