摘要
对蓄电池箱体的结构进行分析,设计了1副热流道注射模。根据箱体外部四周有扣位、内部有5块较高的隔板结构,设计了由定模板带动推件板脱模,为防止在脱模时出现真空导致塑件破裂,设计了吹气装置,并根据塑件和模具结构设计了“直通+横向隔片式水井”水路。
The structure of storage battery box was analyzed,and a set of injection mould with hot runner was designed.There are buckles outside around the box and 5 separator plates in the box.It used the ejector plate for demoulding that pulled by fixed mould plate,to prevent the vacuum re-sulting in the rupture of plastic parts during the demoulding process.Also,the blowing device was designed.In addition,according to the plastic parts and mould structure,the"straight waterway+horizontal partition type water well"were designed.
