数字技术赋能国际体育赛事高质量发展研究

Research on High-quality Development of International Sports Events Empowered by Digital Technology

数字技术赋能国际体育赛事的开展是坚持合作共赢战略和体育强国建设的重要支撑,是中国特色大国外交的有力组成部分。综合运用文献资料、案例分析等研究方法,从数字技术赋能的视角出发,以杭州亚运会体育建设为切入点,围绕数字体育建设的现状、挑战以及优化路径展开分析。研究认为,数字技术赋能国际体育赛事发展的应用体现在办赛、参赛、观赛3个方面,其面临技术性辅助争议、全球数据隐私与安全以及传播生态不成熟等挑战。为此,未来赛事发展应全面优化数据、算力、算法;融合匿名化、权限控制与区块链技术;多维度全方位传播赛事。

Digital technology-enabled international sports events is an important support for adhering to the strategy of win-win cooperation and the construction of a strong sports nation,and is a powerful component of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.Comprehensively using literature,case study and other research methods,the study starts from the perspective of digital technology empowerment,takes the sports construction of Hangzhou Asian Games as an entry point,and analyzes the status quo,challenges and optimization path of digital sports construction.The study concludes that the application of digital technology-enabled international sports event development is reflected in three aspects:organizing,participating and watching,and it faces challenges such as technically-assisted disputes,global data privacy and security,and immaturity of communication ecology.In this regard,future event development should fully optimize data,arithmetic and algorithms,integrate anonymization,permission control and blockchain technology,and disseminate events in a multi-dimensional and comprehensive way.
