基于实测温度模式的钢箱梁施工关键技术研究

摘要 温度效应对钢箱梁的合理成桥状态有较大影响,相关研究对钢箱梁的设计、施工和运维具有重要的促进作用。首先分析了均匀温差、梯度温差效应,对比了三种梯度温差模式,并依托某连续钢箱梁施工监控项目,计算了不同均匀温差条件下的支座纵桥向位移。结果显示,支座预偏考虑整体位移和相对位移,最后对比了三种不同梯度温差模式下的梁端转角,对梁端转角引起的顶、底板配切量提出了计算式。在系统研究了均匀温差、梯度温差对钢箱梁支座定位、焊缝口合龙的影响后,提出了应对措施,为未来类似项目提供了一定的理论和工程经验。 The temperature effect has a great impact on the reasonable completion state of steel box girder,and the related research plays an important role in enhancing the design,construction and operation and maintenance of steel box girder.Firstly,the effects of uniform temperature and gradient temperature differences were analyzed,comparing three gradient temperature modes.Based on a continuous steel box girder project,the longitudinal bridge displacement of the bearings under different uniform temperature conditions were calculated.The results show that the overall displacement and relative displacement need to be considered in the pre-deflection of the bearings;The beam end rotation angles under three different gradient modes are compared,and the calculation formula for the top and bottom plate overlap caused by the beam end rotation angle is proposed.This paper systematically examines the influence of the uniform and gradient temperature difference on the positioning of the steel box girder supports and the closure of the weld seam,and presents countermeasures,which will provide theory and engineering experience for similar projects.
