摘要
现全面探究热反射涂料在沥青道面中的路用应用性能。通过拉拔试验、抗滑性测试、耐磨性评估和冻融循环试验等多种方法,对热反射涂层的黏附性、抗滑性能、耐磨性及耐温变性进行了系统研究。结果表明,环氧树脂热反射涂层与沥青道面之间具有优异的黏附力,其黏附性强于沥青与集料之间的黏附。然而,涂覆热反射涂层可能会降低沥青道面的抗滑性能。对此,提出了添加石英砂的方式来改善抗滑性。此外,耐磨性试验表明,环氧树脂热反射涂层在耐磨性能方面优于其他常见涂层,而SiO_(2)的引入,能进一步提升其耐磨性。经过加速磨光试验后,涂层的抗滑性仍能满足道路的使用要求。最后,通过冻融循环试验,验证了热反射涂层的出色耐温变性,在多次冻融循环后,涂层表面无裂纹和脱落现象,与沥青混凝土面层间保持完好黏附。研究为热反射涂料在沥青道面中的应用提供了理论支持和实践指导,对提升路面性能、保障行车安全具有重要意义。
This study aims to comprehensively explore the road application performance of heat reflective coatings in asphalt pavement.A systematic study was conducted on the adhesion,slip resistance,wear resistance,and temperature resistance of thermal reflective coatings through various methods,including pull-out test,slip resistance test,wear resistance evaluation,and freeze-thaw cycle test.The results show that the epoxy resin thermal reflective coating exhibits excellent adhesion to an asphalt pavement,with adhesion strength surpassing that between asphalt and aggregates.However,the application of thermal reflective coatings may reduce the skid resistance of asphalt pavement.Therefore,this study proposes the addition of quartz sand to effectively improve the skid resistance.In addition,wear resistance tests show that the epoxy resin thermal reflective coating has better wear resistance than other common coatings,with the introduction of SiO_(2) can further improve this property.After accelerated polishing test,the ant-slip performance of the coating continues to meets the requirements for road use.Finally,the excellent temperature resistance of the thermal reflective coating was confirmed through freeze-thaw cycle tests.After multiple freeze-thaw cycles,the coating exhibited e no cracks or peeling on the surface of the coating,and maintained strong adhesion with the asphalt concrete surface layer.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the application of heat reflective coatings in asphalt pavement,which is of great significance for improving road performance and ensuring driving safety.
