摘要
大流量主线匝道的封闭施工,对周边路网甚至全市路网都将带来重大影响。为兼顾工程建设的顺利推进和城市交通的正常运行,开展施工交通组织的研究便尤为重要。同时,引入交通仿真工具,为决策过程提供定量评价指标和可视化预判效果,使施工交通组织方案更加科学合理。上海市中环线/军工路立交民星路主线上匝道封闭施工是一个比较复杂的案例,现利用交通仿真工具,评估民星路主线上匝道交通中断对路网产生的影响,分析不同方案的预期效果,提出优化调整的对策措施。
The closure construction of the high-flow main ramp significantly impacts the surrounding and even the whole urban road network.It is particularly important to carry out research on construction traffic organization to ensure the normal operation of urban traffic as well as the promotion of project construction.This study introduces traffic simulation tools to provide quantitative evaluation index and visual prediction effects for decision-making process,making the construction traffic organization schemes more scientific and reasonable.This paper studies on the traffic organization during the reconstruction of Minxing Road on-ramp at Jungong Road interchange on the Middle Ring,which is a relatively complex and special case.The traffic simulation tool is used to evaluate the impact of the Minxing Road on-ramp traffic interruption on the road network.The expected effects of different schemes are analyzed and further optimization and adjustment countermeasures are proposed.
