长三角区域一体化对城市经济韧性的影响研究

摘要 推动区域一体化,强化经济韧性,是促进经济高质量发展、构建新发展格局的重要途径。基于2011—2021年长三角地区城市面板数据,实证研究区域一体化对城市经济韧性的影响效应及作用机制,实验结果表明:(1)在基准回归中,区域一体化能够显著提升城市经济韧性,通过各项稳健性检验后此结论依然成立;(2)机制研究表明区域一体化能够通过要素流动、产业结构优化和创新效应三条路径来间接提升城市经济韧性;(3)区域一体化对长三角地区内城市经济韧性的影响效应存在正向的空间溢出。因此,为加强城市经济韧性,应完善区域合作机制,促进城市合作联通;加强基础设施建设,优化要素流动机制;加强产业创新激励、推动产业结构升级;打通创新发展链条,促进技术知识溢出。 Promoting regional integration and enhancing economic resilience are important ways to promote high-quality economic development and build a new development pattern.Based on the panel data of cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically studies the wielding effect and mechanism of regional integration on urban economic resilience.The experimental results show that:(1)In the benchmark regression,regional integration can significantly enhance urban economic resilience,and this conclusion remains valid after passing various robustness tests;(2)The mechanism study shows that regional integration can indirectly enhance urban economic resilience through three pathways of factor flow,industrial structure optimization,and innovation effect;(3)The wielding effect of regional integration on urban economic resilience in the Yangtze River Delta region presents positive spatial spillover effect.Therefore,to enhance urban economic resilience,we should improve regional cooperation mechanism,promote city cooperation and connectivity;strengthen infrastructure construction,optimize factor flow mechanism;strengthen industrial innovation incentives and promote industrial structure upgrading;connect innovation and development,and promote technological and knowledge spillover.
