摘要
碳酸二乙酯毒性低、环保性能优异,是一种重要的绿色化学品和中间体,可作为锂离子电池电解质,是一种环境友好的油品添加剂。总结了碳酸二乙酯的传统合成方法,同时在“碳达峰、碳中和”的大背景下重点阐述了几种以二氧化碳为基质合成碳酸二乙酯的绿色合成路线,并对比了几种绿色合成路线的碳排放和产品成本。研究结果显示CO_(2)和四乙氧基硅烷合成法可以实现最低的碳排放和产品成本。
With low toxicity and excellent environmental performance,diethyl carbonate is an important green chemical and intermediate that can be used as a lithium-ion battery electrolyte and an environmentally friendly oil additive.The traditional synthetic methods of diethyl carbonate are summarized.Meanwhile,several green synthetic routes for synthesizing diethyl carbonate from carbon dioxide are highlighted in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,and the carbon emissions and product costs of several green synthetic routes are compared.The research results show that the synthesis method of CO_(2) and tetraethoxysilane can achieve the lowest carbon emissions and product cost.
