高级别油气管线钢内腐蚀及化学防护研究进展

Research Progress on the Internal Corrosion and Chemical Protection of High-grade Oil and Gas Pipeline Steels

摘要 针对X80-X120高级别管线钢在我国石油天然气管道工程应用中面临的内腐蚀问题,阐述了其在单一CO_(2)、单一H_(2)S和CO_(2)/H_(2)S共存环境下的腐蚀机理和国内外的内腐蚀及化学防护研究现状,指出了目前国内研究的不足,并提出了相应的建议。 In view of the internal corrosion problems of X80-X120 high-grade pipeline steels in the application of oil and gas pipeline engineering in China,the corrosion mechanism and the research progress at home and abroad were summarized for high-grade pipeline steels in single CO_(2) alone,single H_(2)S alone,and CO_(2)/H_(2)S coexistence environment.The deficiencies of current domestic research on the internal corrosion and chemical protection of high-grade oil and gas pipeline steels were pointed out and the corresponding suggestions were also given.
