摘要
简要介绍了当前气体分离的主要技术,从工艺原理、原料特点、产品质量、投资占地等方面对其进行对比。简述了国内某炼厂采用变压吸附技术回收乙苯尾气中的乙烷气和氢气的流程选择过程。详细介绍了乙苯尾气回收变压吸附装置的组成、原料气条件、产品及尾气性质;通过该装置开工运行数据来看,采用变压吸附技术回收乙烷气,产品纯度能达到95%(V)以上,回收率能达到99%以上。变压吸附回收碳二组分和提纯氢气技术具有流程简单、操作方便、运行方式灵活、综合能耗低等特点,适合运用在炼厂干气碳二组分回收和氢气提纯中。
This paper briefly introduces the main gas separation technologies at present,and compares them from the aspects of process principle,raw materialcharacteristics,product quality,investment and land occupation.The process selection for recovering ethane gas and hydrogen from ethylbenzene tail gas by pressureswing adsorption(PSA)in a domestic refinery is briefly described.The composition,feed gas conditions,products and tail gas properties of pressure swingadsorption unit for ethylbenzene tail gas recovery is introduced in detail.According to the operation data of the unit,the product purity can reach above 95%(V)andthe yield can reach above 99%by using PSA technology to recover ethane.PSA technology for recovery of C_(2) fraction and purification of hydrogen has thecharacteristics of a simple process,convenient operation,flexible operation mode,low comprehensive energy consumption,and is suitable for use in recovery of C_(2) fraction from refinery dry gas and hydrogen purification.
