摘要
本文阐述了碳纤维实验室制备过程并计算了其热导率,实验过程是围绕静电纺丝技术制备碳纤维展开的(所有制备设备和材料均来源于内蒙古工业大学化工学院实验室),静电纺丝技术在制备复合纤维方面是有独特的优势的。本文还对碳纤维在航空航天以及汽车制造,建筑领域,医疗器械领域和体育用品领域的应用进行了详细分析和展望。
This article elaborates on the laboratory preparation process of carbon fibers and calculates their thermal conductivity.The experimental process revolves around the preparation of carbon fibers using electrospinning technology(all preparation equipment and materials are sourced from the laboratory of the School of Chemical Engineering,Inner Mongolia University of Technology).Electrospinning technology has unique advantages in the preparation of composite fibers.This article also provides a detailed analysis and outlook on the application of carbon fiber in aerospace,automotive manufacturing,construction,medical equipment,and sports equipment.
