福建省某典型开发区地块土壤污染状况初步调查与评价

Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Soil Pollution in A TypicalDevelopment Region Plot in Fujian Province

本研究旨在对典型开发区用途变更的地块进行土壤污染状况调查,分析地块特点,保障地块后续再开发利用的环境安全,也可为农村宅基地拆迁相关工作提供参考和借鉴。本研究以福建省某典型开发区地块为例,对该地块的土壤污染状况进行了研究。通过开展第一阶段调查,表明地块涉及农用地、居住用地等,且周边污染源有工业企业,涉及钟表加工类、钢材及钢制品加工类、体育用品类。通过现场快速检测与实验室土壤样品分析,结果表明地块的环境状况可以接受,该地块不属于污染地块,可作为二类居住用地。

The aim of this study is to investigate the soil pollution of typical development region plots with changes in use,analyze the characteristics of the plots,ensure the environmental safety of subsequent redevelopment and utilization of the plots,and provide reference and guidance for the relevant work of rural homestead demolition.It is a work to take a typical development region plot in Fujian Province as an example to study the soil pollution of the plot.Through the first step of investigation,it is found that the plot involved agricultural land,residential land,etc.,moreover,the surrounding pollution sources include industrial enterprises,involving clock and watch processing,steel products processing,and sports equipment processing.Through rapid on-site detection and soil sample analysis in the laboratory,the results show that the environmental condition of the plot is acceptable and does not belong to a polluted plot,which can be used as a second-class residential land.
