The new rural talents are the inheritance and development of the traditional rural talents,which is an important planning and deployment for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.It is helpful to drive industrial revitalization,assist in talents revitalization,promote organizational revitalization,and promote cultural revitalization.The cultivation system for new rural talents can be established from three aspects:promoting talents to build organizations,praising talents to enrich atmosphere,and using talents to help revitalization,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and realize the all-round development of rural economy and society.
