摘要
社区教育益于促进乡村振兴是学界共识,深刻剖析其对乡村振兴的内在影响机理,是促进乡村振兴健康可持续发展的时代要求。本文基于对居民和社区工作者的访谈和数据调查,运用SPSS 26.0软件对调查数据进行探索性因子分析、相关分析及方差比较分析。结果表明,社区教育各维度对乡村振兴各维度存在显著正向影响,且居民与社区工作者之间存在群体感知差异;社区教育与乡村振兴各维度变量间的影响强弱存在差异;人口社会学变量在两者的影响关系中群体差异显著,居民群体间差异尤为明显,具有更重要的决策参考价值。因此,地方政府应将社区教育纳入地方乡村振兴战略统筹规划,协同发展;开源引智,建立社区与区域高校合作长效机制;提高施策针对性,有效调动社区居民积极性,优化社区发展效益。
It is the academic consensus that community education can contribute to rural revitalization.To deeply probe into the internal influence mechanism of community education on rural revitalization is the requirement of the era to promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural revitalization.Interviews and data surveys are conducted with residents and community staff,and the survey data are analyzed by exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and comparative analysis of variance using SPSS 26.0 software.The study shows that:1)Each dimension of community education has a significant positive impact on each dimension of rural revitalization,and there are differences in group perception between residents and community staffs;2)There are differences in the strength of the impact between dimensions of community education and rural revitalization;3)The population sociological variables have significant differences among groups,and the differences among residents groups are more obvious,which has more important decision-making reference value.The study suggests:1)Integrate community education into local rural revitalization strategy for overall planning and coordinated development;2)Open to talents and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between communities and local higher schools;3)Improve targeted policies and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of community residents so as to optimize the benefits of community development.
