摘要
历史保护建筑的改造修缮作为推动城市更新的重中之重,在进行既有建筑功能转型设计时受限于原有结构和功能难以完成落地。以某历史保护建筑为研究对象,围绕历史保护建筑改造修缮中功能转型设计,基于BIM开展倾斜摄影、精细化建模、明细表分析、行人流仿真模拟、机电深化等应用的探索,为功能转型设计提供真实可靠的数据支持。与此同时,也为类似工程的功能转型设计中的信息模型、技术融合和仿真模拟等应用提供参考。
The renovation and repair of historically protected buildings,a critical task in promoting urban renewal,are often constrained by the original structure and function during functional transformation design.This study focuses on a historically protected building,exploring functional transformation design in its renovation and repair using BIM.The exploration includes the application of oblique photography,refined modeling,detailed list analysis,pedestrian flow simulation,and electromechanical deepening,providing accurate and reliable data support for functional transformation design.This exploration also serves as a reference for the application of information modeling,technique integration,and simulation in the functional transformation of similar projects.
