城市更新中大型公共建筑设备机房无人值守技术应用

摘要 为加强城市基础设施建设,促进城市向“宜居、韧性、智慧”的方向发展,实施城市更新是一个必然的选择。研究了基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的大型场馆设备机房无人值守技术在城市更新中的应用。通过对某大型公共建筑的设备机房进行改造,结合BIM、物联网(IoT)、人工智能(AI)和机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术,实现了全方位的线上数据采集与监控。改造项目不仅提升了设备的管理和运行效率,还解决了传统设备机房中存在的设备老化、管理模式落后、数据孤岛以及高能耗等问题。通过实际案例,展示了新兴技术在提升设备管理水平和推动城市更新中的关键作用,提供了有益的参考和示范。 Urban renewal is an inevitable choice to enhance urban infrastructure and promote development towards a more livable,resilient,and intelligent city.This study explores the application of unattended techniques in equipment rooms of large public buildings,utilizing building information modeling(BIM),the Internet of Things(IoT),artificial intelligence(AI),and robotic process automation(RPA).The transformation of an equipment room in a large public building is conducted to achieve comprehensive online data acquisition and monitoring.The renovation improves equipment management and operational efficiency,addressing issues such as equipment aging,outdated management models,data silos,and high energy consumption in traditional equipment rooms.Practical case studies demonstrate the crucial role of emerging technologies in advancing equipment management and driving urban renewal,providing valuable reference and demonstration.
