浙南传统商贸历史文化街区风貌保护与更新策略研究

Study on Protection and Renewal Strategies for Traditional Commercial Historical and Cultural Blocks in Southern Zhejiang

浙南传统商贸历史文化街区是体现浙南商贸活动的重要载体,是展现地方人文特色的生产、生活和生态的空间。以浙南商贸街区风貌保护与更新策略为研究对象,以温州寺前街商贸历史文化街区风貌保护为例,从中国传统商贸街区特征、浙南传统商贸街区风貌特征、保护与更新原则、保护与更新策略4个方面,对浙南商贸街区在街道风貌、空间布局、建筑平面和结构作法等方面展开研究,形成保护浙南传统商贸街巷、历史建筑、历史环境等策略与方法。

Traditional commercial historical and cultural blocks in Southern Zhejiang serve as vital carriers of regional commercial activities and spaces that reflect local cultural characteristics in terms of production,life,and ecology.This study focuses on the protection and renewal strategies for these commercial blocks,using the historical and cultural block of Siqian Street in Wenzhou as an example.The research examines the street style,spatial layout,architectural design,and structural methods from four perspectives:characteristics of traditional Chinese commercial blocks,features specific to Southern Zhejiang's traditional commercial blocks,principles of protection and renewal,and related strategies.The study proposes strategies and methods to protect Southern Zhejiang's traditional commercial streets,historical buildings,and historical environments.
