摘要
近几年,国家对城市更新高度重视。为更好地响应国家政策,积累旧厂房建筑功能改造中的结构设计经验,以某展厅改造项目为例,研究了旧厂房在建筑功能改造中面临的结构设计难题。该项目原为1978年建成的单层单跨混凝土排架结构厂房,中间经过多次改造成带插层混凝土框架结构,现计划改造为大挑空展厅和部分功能用房。因此,改造过程中主要难点有:原有结构的抗震性能不足、结构体系复杂,以及多次改造带来的不确定性;需在满足抗震要求的同时保留原始幕墙。为解决这些问题,采用了增设斜撑恢复原结构体系、模型试算、加固方案的确定、详细的拆除和施工顺序制定,以及具体加固节点做法,显著提高了旧厂房的结构稳定性和抗震性能,确保改造后的建筑功能满足使用要求,可为类似旧厂房建筑功能的改造提供参考。
Urban renewal has been given significant emphasis by the state in recent years.To better align with national policies and accumulate experience in the structural design for functional renovation of old factory buildings,the structural design challenges encountered during such renovations are explored,using an exhibition hall renovation project as a case study.Originally built in 1978 as a single-layer single-span concrete bent structure,the building was later transformed into a concrete frame structure with intercalations through multiple renovations.The current renovation plan aims to convert it into a large-span exhibition hall with additional functional rooms.Key challenges include insufficient seismic performance of the original structure,the complexity of the structural system,and uncertainties resulting from previous renovations.The goal is to retain the original curtain wall while meeting seismic requirements.To address these challenges,the stability and seismic performance of the old factory building are significantly enhanced through the addition of diagonal braces to restore the original structural system,model calculations,the determination of reinforcement schemes,detailed demolition and construction sequences,and specific reinforcement techniques.These measures ensure that the renovated building meets functional requirements,providing a reference for similar renovations of old factory buildings.
