上海“城中村”改造设计实践与思考——以浦东新区航头镇镇南社区改造设计为例

Study on Design Practice and Considerations for Urban Village Reconstruction in Shanghai-A Case Study of Zhennan Community in Hangtou Town,Pudong New Area

在上海城市更新及城中村改造的背景下,以浦东航头镇镇南社区改造项目为例,探讨了城中村改造项目的设计理念与实践,提出注重场所精神营造的设计思路,即通过挖掘空间与时间的连续性及公共空间的多样性,力求在改造中延续城乡记忆,增强居民认同感。同时,针对过往规划设计方案可实施性不强的问题,提出多专业整合以提升成果技术完善度、注重设计成果的法定化的解决方法。总结的经验可供今后类似工程借鉴。

In the context of urban renewal and urban village reconstruction in Shanghai,the design concepts and practices of the reconstruction project for Zhennan Community in Pudong Hangtou Town are examined.The study emphasizes creating a sense of place by exploring the continuity of space and time and the diversity of public spaces.It aims to preserve urban and rural memories and enhance residents'sense of identity.Additionally,addressing the issue of feasibility in previous planning and design schemes,the research proposes multi-disciplinary integration to improve technical completeness and highlights the importance of legalizing design outcomes.The experiences and insights gained are intended to offer valuable references for similar projects in the future.
