三种铝化物添加剂对预焙阳极耐氧化性能的研究

摘要 为提高预焙阳极耐氧化性能,在黏结剂煤沥青中加入不同比例的Al_(2)O_(3)、AlX和AlF_(3)三种铝化物添加剂制备预焙阳极试样。采用氧化度表征预焙阳极耐氧化性能,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了预焙阳极的微观形貌。结果表明:添加5%(占沥青质量百分比)AlX煤沥青制备的预焙阳极试样B3经900℃高温处理后其氧化度值为16.9%,比不含添加剂制备的预焙阳极的氧化度值降低了7.6%。加入添加剂可提高煤沥青析焦量,并在煤沥青炭化成焦过程中,添加剂与煤沥青焦紧密吸附,改善煤沥青热解缩聚炭化过程,从而提高沥青焦的耐氧化性能,使沥青焦与煅烧石油焦活性趋于一致,提高预焙阳极耐氧化性能,同时保证了添加的耐氧化剂不会污染铝电解槽。 In order to improve oxidation resistance of prebaked anode,different formula of prebaked anodes have been prepared by adding three additives of Al_(2)O_(3),AlX and AlF_(3) in coal-tar pitch binder.The oxidation resistance was investigated by oxidation degree,while the microstructures of prebaked anode were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that:the oxidation degree of prebaked anode B3 which added 5%(mass percent of pitch binder)AlX was 16.9%,decreasing by 7.6%than the anode without additives after 900℃calcination.Adding additives could increase fixed prebaked content of coal-tar pitch and the additives can be absorbed in pitch coke closely during the process of pitch carbonized coking.It can improve pyrolysis condensation coking as well as the oxidation resistance of pitch coke.It makes the activity of pitch coke approach petroleum coke and improves oxidation resistance of prebaked anode,simultaneously ensuring that the adding antioxidant will not pollute the aluminum reduction cell.
