摘要
随着国内城镇化快速发展,天然气管道输送公里数急剧增加,但是由于燃气管道偶然事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失不可估量,因此,有必要针对天然气管道泄漏展开深入研究。以企业实际直埋天然气管道数据为依据,通过Ansys Workbench创建天然气管道泄漏三维几何模型;基于Fluent建立“管道-土壤”三维有限元模型,并通过不同类型网格尺寸验证了模型的收敛性;基于Fluent针对运行工况下天然气在管道内泄漏展开模拟分析,获得了管道正常运行时三种尺寸泄漏孔处天然气质量分布云图和速度云图,得出了天然气管道泄漏的扩散规律,为燃气公司日常巡检和发生管道泄漏事故时现场人员疏散及安全抢修提供了理论依据。
With the ra pid development of urbanization in China,the mileage of natural gas pipeline transmission has increased dramatically.Since the casualties and property losses caused by gas pipeline accidents are incalculable,it is necessary to carry out an in-depth study on natural gas pipeline leakage.Based on the actual directly buried natural gas pipeline data of the enterprise,a 3D geometric model of leakage natural gas pipeline is created by Ansys Workbench.A 3D finite element model of“pipe-soil”is established by Fluent,and the convergence of the model is verified by different types of mesh sizes.The simulation analysis of natural gas leakage is carried out in the pipeline under operating conditions by Fluent,and the cloud maps of the natural gas mass distribution and velocity are obtained at the leakage holes during the normal operation of the pipeline.The leakage diffusion law of natural gas pipeline is obtained at three sizes of leak holes,which provides a theoretical basis for the daily inspection of the gas company and the evacuation of on-site personnel and safe repair in case of pipeline leakage accidents.
