摘要
采用分步法合成了磷钨酸碱木质素季铵盐催化剂,并将其用于催化环氧脂肪酸甲酯(EFAME)的氧化裂解。结果表明,当过氧化氢用量为40%(EFAME质量分数,下同),催化剂用量为10%,70 ℃反应30 min后,壬醛和壬醛酸甲酯的产率可分别达到78.3%和83.8%,催化剂重复使用5次后仍有较好的催化效果。
Phosphotungstic acid alkali lignin quaternary catalysts were synthesized by a stepwise method and used to catalyze the oxidative cleavage of EFAME.The results showed that when the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 40%(mass fraction of EFAME,the same below),the catalyst dosage was 10%,and the reaction was carried out at 70℃for 30 min,the yields of nonanal and methyl nonanalate could reach 78.3%and 83.8%,respectively,and the catalysts still had a better catalytic effect after reused for five times.
